
ARCH PROGRAMS

The ROSA Conference is an annual in-person conference that takes place every October at Temple University in Philadelphia. It includes a keynote speaker and activities to promote discussion among the aphasia community. Information tables provide details about research studies, treatment options and support services in the area. This meeting is for people with aphasia, family and care partners, researchers, clinicians and student clinicians.

Science of Aphasia for People with Aphasia offers talks for people with aphasia and their families. Past topics include resilience after stroke, animal-assisted therapy, and inner speech in aphasia.

Clinical Corner is a journal discussion group for clinicians on clinical research. Sessions feature article reviews by the authors, followed by discussion. Past topics include multilingual aphasia treatment and ECoLoGiC Conversation Treatment. CEU credits will be offered in the future.

Quarterly Newsletter
Quarterly Newsletter includes notices of aphasia research studies, support groups, locations for therapy, and aphasia-related events. These resources are compiled and e-mailed every 3 months to ARCH subscribers and information is also provided on our website.

Aphasia Fantasy Football League (AFFL)
Aphasia Fantasy Football League (AFFL) is a weekly social activity that takes place over Zoom during the NFL season and provides a friendly atmosphere for people with aphasia to connect as well as provide an opportunity to use their language abilities in a casual atmosphere.
